The cost to you will vary based on several factors including account volume, work comp costs, and lead time for our staffing managers. How do I approve online timesheets?

Once a new employee begins an assignment, You will receive an email with instructions on how to log into the Greysmith Manager Portal to approve timesheets each week. You will receive a notification as soon as each employee submits their time.

If your company uses a VMS Time and Attendance program, you should follow that time approval process.

Timesheets must be approved no later than 12 pm Monday.

I never received my login information to approve timesheets. Who should I contact?

First, check your email including your junk folder. You should have received an auto-generated email from [email protected] with your login credentials. If you did not receive the email, please contact your consultant at 401-272-7200 or email [email protected]ith.com.
