Brian has developed a team of successful consultants and recruiters while driving the strategic direction of the group. He and his team are committed to providing workforce solutions to area businesses and supporting local talent in their search for employment and better career opportunities.
As a Certified Staffing Professional and the Vice President of the Rhode Island Staffing Association, Brian is influential in advocating for legislation, education, ethics and professional business practices within the industry.
Angela Mackenzie is a long-term member of The Greysmith Companies with over 15 years in the organization. Over the years Angie has used her talents and dedication to expand and evolve her role. In 2021, Angie was named Controller and now leads our accounting operations. Angie is a great resource to our clients and candidates for all financial, billing or payroll concerns.

For more than 15 years Jenn has dedicated her career to helping our clients find just the right candidate for their open positions. She has been recognized for her commitment and consistently goes the “extra mile” to ensure a successful employment match between both talent and client.

Ashley Ricamo is a veteran of our industry who has spent her career recruiting for accounting and finance professionals. Ashley works with both direct hire and temp to hire candidates who are just starting their career to those who are looking for the next big step in their journey. Ashley uses her years of experience to quickly understand our client’s needs and which of her talented candidates would benefit from partnering with this client.
Dylan Gage is a Workforce Consultant for Greysmith. In his role, he partners with our client organizations to address their staffing and recruiting issues. Dylan’s background working in banking and financial sales as well as large call centers make him a valuable resource to review customer service staffing needs or career searches. Dylan is an enthusiastic advocate for his clients and candidates and is always ready to put in the energy necessary to complete a project correctly.
Dominic Grillo is a Workforce Consultant for Greysmith. In his role he partners with our client organizations to address their staffing and recruiting issues. Dom has found a passion for working with Supply chain candidates and recent graduates to find long term positions. Dominic is a relationship-based salesperson who is looking for long term partnerships in this market.
Pat is a Talent Specialist at The Greysmith Companies who never never stops learning. Through his completion of the Year Up program in Business Operations, he developed a specialization in Human Resources. As DEI Coordinator, he gained skills in diversity, equity, & inclusion, making him strongly aware of the qualifications needed for a wide variety of positions. He has a keen interest in ensuring employee satisfaction throughout the whole job placement process.
Samarah is a Talent Specialist at The Greysmith Companies. She is a recent college graduate from the University of Rhode Island, using her dual degree in Public Relations & Communications to her advantage when bringing out the best in talent. She specializes in recent college grads looking for a step in the right direction, and she is known to be a relatable resource for job seekers. Samarah’s personality is contagious to say the least, making the job searching process less stressful and more enjoyable for our candidates.
