As a Certified Staffing Professional and the Vice President of the Rhode Island Staffing Association, Brian is influential in advocating for legislation, education, ethics and professional business practices within the industry. Angela Mackenzie is a long-term member of The Greysmith Companies with over 15 years in the organization. Over the years Angie has used her talents and dedication to expand and evolve her role. In 2021, Angie was named Controller and now leads our accounting operations. Angie is a great resource to our clients and candidates for all financial, billing or payroll concerns.

Andrew has over 10 years of experience partnering with companies of all sizes to find suitable solutions to a realm of talent acquisition needs.  His in-depth approach targets company’s pain points and provides long term solutions that drive the strategic plan of the clients he partners with.  Having worked in the staffing industry, as well as leading the internal Talent Acquisition functions for one of New England’s largest non-profit organizations, he can appreciate the struggles that organizations face internally, while keeping the “human” in “human resources.” Andrew also leverages his degree in Finance to help recruit strong accounting and finance talent and to create approachable pricing strategies for our clients.

Jontai Williams is a Workforce Consultant, who leverages his high energy and a strong drive to succeed on behalf of his clients. His focus is partnering with our growing client base and obtaining a thorough understanding of their business needs and recruiting challenges while working to overcome those through Greysmith’s offerings.

Jontai collaborates with his candidates and client base to develop a clear understanding of their uniqueness while also using his knowledge of the current market trends to deliver a tailored staffing solution.

As a former college basketball player at Saint Michael's College and Johnson & Wales University, Jontai utilizes his competitive spirit, teamwork, and discipline to helping our clients build dynamic and high performing teams.  This athletic background not only instilled a strong work ethic with Jontai but also provided him with a better ability to collaborate effectively and drive results with teams of all shapes and sizes.

Karen DePoutot is an Accounting Specialist bringing over 30 years of accounting and treasury experience to her role.  Before joining The Greysmith Companies, Karen worked for State Street Bank as a Vice President of Treasury Services for several Mutual Fund Companies and was responsible for a team of over 45 employees located across the globe.

Karen earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Stonehill College.

As a recently retired professional, she works part-time supporting the Controller, providing financial, billing and payroll needs for our clients and candidates.
