My experience with the Greysmith Companies was highly positive and very professional. Being unemployed for a few months I was seeing how difficult it could be to get back on track with my career. I was speaking with a family friend who recommended Greysmith Companies because their son had been placed in a position through Greysmith which lead him to a full-time role within that company. I sent over my resume and was immediately contacted. After the initial meeting with [Consultant] he knew exactly what I was looking to do and gain from my experience with Greysmith. [Consultant] immediately set to work; sending out my resume and setting up interviews. After what looked to be a hopeful first interview the company decided not to fill the role but he already had a few other ideas in mind. It was not long after that before I received a call from him saying a company was looking to fill a position with an indefinite timeline and, knowing my background, knew I would be a perfect fit. [Consultant] set up the interview and within that same day they had offered me the position. This position turned out to be exactly what I needed to get back into the workforce. After some time working with this company they have offered me a full-time, salary position. I have only the highest regard for [consultant] and the people at Greysmith for what they have done to get me working again. My placement in this role is a testament to the hard-work and knowledge they have. This opportunity, provided by the Greysmith Companies, has put my career back on track. More than just your average agency. They make it known they care and stay in touch by not only following up but following through on their word. They also made the process and transition smooth compared to most other agencies. Over all, very professional all around no matter who you get, whether it’s your first call or even first time walking in. I highly recommend them, can’t brag enough about them on the regular.

My experience with Greysmith was an incredibly pleasant and rewarding one. I worked with [my consultant] and almost immediately found a temp to perm role that suited perfectly. She walked me through the process in a very professional manner an immediately started looking for offers. Within weeks there was an opening. Not only did [my consultant] help to get me in for an interview right way but was also able to negotiate a higher pay than the company was offering. After my temporary period had expired the company offered me a permanent position which I am currently in. She the consummate professional and the standard for the recruiting industry, and the same can be said of her corporation. Just after graduating from college I received a call from Jennifer Breckner at Greysmith Companies because she had seen my resume on Monster. I went in to meet with her and she was so genuine and incredibly understanding of my recent-graduate insecurities. I went on to find a job on my own, but quickly decided it was not the right fit. I contacted Greysmith Co’s approximately 5 years ago. My original contact was Jennifer M. She was very professional and stayed in contact with me for the next couple of weeks. It seemed she was determined to find the right fit. Well the fit came for a part-time position with an internationally known company with headquarters in Johnston, RI. It was a temporary assignment with an indefinite time frame. I always felt it may end at any given time. To date, I have been there 5 years now and last week was offered and full time position with full benefits. Through these years Jennifer and I had periodic contact. Always professional and kind.
