The Greysmith Companies was founded in 1991 by Cheryl DeWolf. We have since become a leading staffing firm providing sustainable workforce solutions for the Rhode Island and Southern New England community.
From that beginning as a small, local firm with just a handful of employees has grown into a team of committed and passionate professionals. We approach employers and job seekers with honesty, integrity, and transparency throughout the recruiting and job placement process.

In January 2025, Brian Leite became the President and owner of the organization after 20 years of dedicated service. He has been the driving force in the company for two decades as the lead salesperson and manager of the staffing team.
