How It Works

Contract Placement Referrals

  • Earn a $200 Amazon Gift Card
  • Paid after the referred candidate completes 240 hours on assignment
  • Candidate must not be an active Greysmith candidate at the time of referral

Direct Hire Referrals

  • $500 or $1,000 Amazon Gift Card
  • Paid after the candidate completes the employer’s guarantee period (typically 90 days)
  • Candidate must not have been active with Greysmith within the past 90 days
