Take the Pledge: Returning Safely Back to Work

Returning Safely to work

Businesses, both in our own communities and across the nation, are at a critical point as many of us move through a phased approach to transition our staff back to work in “brick-and-mortar” worksites. In doing so, it’s crucial to ensure the safety of all employees. It’s our responsibility to safeguard their health and contain the spread of COVID-19. Returning safely back to work should be everyones’ mission.

For many businesses, resuming business operations on-site is a necessity. At Greysmith, we believe that the best way to support our business partners and temporary workers is to resume operations from the office. Over the past two months, we have developed an extensive plan, using collective expertise from the Department of Health, CDC, federal and state officials and the American Staffing Association, to return safely back to work. We have taken the “Safely Back to Work” pledge by making a commitment to ensure that all employees and contractors are both protected and protecting others while we all work together to contain the spread of COVID-19.

We continue to evolve our plan as we receive new information but are proud of the foundation we have built. If you want to put your control plan to the test or if you need a little guidance to plan for a safe return, we are providing the “Safely Back to Work Best Practice Protocols” published by the American Staffing Association in collaboration with the National Safety Council SAFER (Safe Actions for Employee Returns) Council. This resource is intended for use by all industries.

We hope that you find this information helpful. Please let us know how our team can help you return safely back to work!
